We had done a lot of research before deciding on our very first caravan and nothing and no one else came close to the Masterpiece brand for sales , price , value for money , inclusions and we were hoping after sales service should we need it. Our dealer was Abba Caravans in Rockingham, Perth WA . Fortunate for us as they were only 15 mins up the road from home. Abba was fantastic to deal with , helpful and patient and understanding our needs and requirements. 

We settled on a Performance in 20`6" with a few additions specifically for us . Great being able to pick our own colours and finishes making it unique to us.

We organised a factory tour in Melbourne to see van just before it was finished . Had a great tour with Ryan Lake . We walked past a few vans to start and went through all the various stages getting to the end and we asked Ryan where our van was ? " You walked past it when you first walked into factory" , she was only 1-2 days from being finished . We were rapt when we saw it and inspected it . Very excited . The whole team at the factory were fantastic . Have since done a second tour of new factory on a visit to Melbourne again and equally received from Remon , Ryan and Bobi and whole team again . You do feel part of a special family .

We have so far to date done about 22,000 klms in our van . Started with a few short trips around SW WA and Kalbarri and Jurien Bay getting used to everything and a few bugs ironed out , mainly operator error mind you . 

We have since covered the bottom of WA , across the Nullabor to Melbourne , up through Country Vic into NSW Outback and across to Coffs Harbour . Back inland to Goondiwindi through Outback Qld to Carnarvon Gorge to Longreach , Winton , down to Birdsville for the Big Red Bash . Back up to the Gulf of Carpentaria , up to Weipa and to the Tip , Cape York where we stayed at Seisia . Run back down the coast to currently where we are now , just out of Brisbane . 

Only major issue we encountered was a problem with batteries in the van at Townsville . Phone call to Abba in Perth and contact then with Ryan at factory in Melb where 2 new batteries were organised and sent from Brisbane to Townsville where I collected and installed and we were on our way again . We got the after sales service we were promised from Masterpiece which reinforces our decision to go with this brand .

The van tows fantastically behind the car , very smooth on the rough tracks and roads and a great level of comfort.
