Masterpiece Caravans offers a Two-Year General Warranty and a Five-Year Structural Warranty.
The Two-Year General Warranty covers all of your appliances and fittings. Please keep in mind different products have their own warranty procedures which must be followed in the event of a product failure.
The Five-Year Structural Warranty covers the build of your van. For example, all of your cupboards, walls, roof and floor and the chassis itself.
Our warranty process is simple and easy to follow. Simply go to one of our many recommended service and repair agents, they will forward us a quote for repairs, we will asses and approve and your claim will be finalised.
Your first port of call should be your dealer and they will guide and instruct you through the process. The dealers are also best qualified after the manufacturer to carry out any work required.
